problems with the sound

I have problems with the audio signal with the Z1 MK2 with my powered speakers

The sound comes out with background noise

It happens to me when I use their sound card, if the card is external it doesn’t happen to me

Issue solved, it wasn't a problem with the Traktor Z1 but with the house electricity. With a cable with a transformer for noise reduction, it was solved. Thank you Jeremy
