Native Access suddenly not recognizing licenses, crashing host applications

As of today, Native Access 3.24.0 seems to have stopped recognizing my Kontakt 7 registration. Attempting to re-register sometimes crashes the host application, whether that's the standalone Kontakt instance or the DAW running the VST instance. Non-player libraries now run in DEMO mode.

I'm assuming this is related to a recent automated update, but the log file is empty beyond 2026-03-15, 8 days ago. I see that I was updated to 3.17.0 on March 7th, so the update to 3.24.0 seemingly wasn't logged.

This would appear to be a bug in the new version of Native Access, and it's broken all my projects which use Kontakt.

I know you have a new version of Kontakt out, but this is a show-stopper and upgrading isn't an acceptable answer. Thanks in advance.

Hm, I just realized the update to 3.17.0 was March 7th of 2025, over a year ago. That was still the last update referenced in the log files.
