Is there a fix to this Dialogue Isolate BUG?

I love using Dialogue Isolate. However, I started to realize something. When I use it on long sections, after a certain point, it starts to harshly strip the higher frequencies.

In first attachment, I used Dialogue Isolate in small sections throughout the whole audio file. You can see the higher frequencies are intact. In the second attachment, I used Dialogue Isolate on the whole audio file at once. You can see that, after a certain point, the higher frequencies above 8K are being harshly stripped.

Is this an issue with my operating system, software, etc?

If not, any idea on how to fix this?

Dialogue isolate uses complex machine learning calculations to adjust the audio. This is generally not a problem with your computer or a bug it's rather a limitation of how the machine learning "memory" works on longer files,

To fix this, the best thing to do would be to process your audio in smaller chunks or to lower the "Separation" slider slightly to prevent the machine learning from becoming too aggressive. you can always apply it and then undo the changes in the undo history if to dial things in a bit.

This tool (and many others in the RX toolkit) have always been designed for use on small sections of audio.

And as with most Izotope tools of this type  - they DO alter the source to do their magic - so seeing some degradation in certain frequencies is to be expected in some scenarios.

You cannot expect to apply these algorithms and have your source - completely untouched.

I think what you are seeing is par for the course if applied to several minutes of audio (long section)
