I bought and payed for all my software from traktor pro 2 to traktor pro 4,but i cannot see it in native access on my macbook 2015 to install.I am learning Serato to switch over once and for all cause i am getting conned.If u want to buy traktor ,every one and everything is available,if u have a problem,everyone is dead and no respo se.FU native instrents

You mention Catalina as OS , so I guess that the 15 means Catalina 10.15 (?)

If you check the Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS then you will see that it for macOS 10.15 (Catalina) says that the latest supported Traktor version is 3.8.0 , meaning that anything beyond that is not supported.

If the software is not supported on the OS then it will not show in Native Access.

Also then macOS 10.15 (Catalina) apparently does not support N.A. newer than version 3.5.3 , please check the Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems . And since there can also be problems for some software to show or download if N.A. is too old then that makes problems more likely also.

So probably then the problem is that your OS is too old and you should get an OS upgrade to something supported. Reference : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS
