Maschine not syncing with cubase loop

updated to latest software, in song mode, loop turned on in maschine and cubase, 8 bar loop, at each cycle start maschine looses time and the sounds do not align, if I run just maschine with no cubase cycle turned on it works fine but that doesn’t work for work flow where I need to stay within a confined time to work on a project , need a loop, could be 2 to 30 minutes long, esp if working to video for a scene,

Is there any particular reason why you are using two programs with (presumably) one loop in each, rather than just putting both loops in Cubase?

Thx, I have maschine loaded as a vst, with multiple audio out , if I just loop cubase maschine follows but still out of sync at start of each cycle , not sure what you mean by both loops in cubase?

to clarify I have 4 or 5 groups set up , some just sending midi out to other drum v, , it’s the midi out that is not syncing, the vsts loaded in maschine are holding time ,
