i can't get any response from native instruments. i have tried to transfer the license from my traktor pro3 that i have sold with traktor S4 mk3.
my original email is not accessible and i cannot change to my new email, please help. regards
How have you got in contact with NI? For any support issue you'l have to open a support ticket:

If this isn't possible because you cannot log into your account you have to contact Account, Login & Password Support:

There are no other ways to contact NI. No telephone support, no mail support.
