I plugged in an XLR Mphone to my Audio 1 for the first time to try it out, now it won't work at all.

Question

Hey, I have used my Komplete Audio 1 for years with no issues, and then I plugged an XLR Microphone jack into it for the first time just to try out new mic, and I couldn't get it to work, oh well. But now, no sound from my connected speakers, no input is working, no headphones is working. Lights are on, its not a cable or power issue. Did the XLR power short something out? Did some settings change from using XLR? Tried on two PCs.

Immediately then what you write gives the impression of a HW error.   However you please tell what was your 'test procedure'  ?   How exactly have you 'tried on two PCs'   ?

Have you tried another connection cable also ?
