2 weeks now and nothing will update.
I read that from NI that this is a "Known Issue"
well if its a known issue fix it !!!!!
Ive spent many thousands of British pounds on NI products over the years. and this is how I'm rewarded. Is this the beginning of the demise? your products fail and now your struggling to fix it?.
And just to rub salt into the wound Ive, foolishly it now seems, purchased Oscillarys - and it will not even download -after 2 weeks since purchasing . I have uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access, but it still is broken, I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps but they will not update , and I can hardly uninstall Oscillarys- when it will not even download in the first place !!!!! and yes there is plenty space on the hard drives and C drive
I have never ever had an issue with the vast amounts of libraries etc i have purchased over many years of being faithful to NI but the current situation is outrageous . Ive read workarounds, delete files etc , however that's gonna take me another 2 weeks !!!!
just either fix this "Known Issue" or you can refund me for all the products i have purchased, which NI have now made defunct
