license transfer

Hey everyone, why can't I make a single license transfer through the website?

For your information, the licenses are older than 60 days, and I've tried both Safari and Google browsers, and even invisible mode doesn't work.

Support hasn't responded.

For your information, I sold my Kontrol S49 and now need a transfer ID for the buyer.

Please help!

The internal problem (website) was resolved by NI today.

An ID ticket was manually created for the buyer beforehand.

Regarding ID transfer via the website...everything is now working as it should.

Do you get any error message, or isn't the option available? There was a report earlier today of someone else getting errors with a message about TYPO3.

If the error persists (does not fix itself) when you try later then you would need N.I. Support (all) to either fix the problem or to help you do the transfer.

As mentioned by mykejb then you are the second one with the problem today which increase the chance that it is a site problem a lot and if so then it might be be something that either fix itself soon or will be fixed soon. Otherwise then please contact N.I. Support (all) .

@Gerry123 I just tried the same here and I get the same error so it looks like a hard fault. It's probably worth putting in a support ticket to be sure it's on their radar. You can do that here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
