Hello all:
I recently purchased a NI software instrument. My credit card was charged, and I was sent a receipt for the purchase. That's it. I never heard from NI again. I tried the download manager, but it only lists registered software. I can't register the software because I can't find it. I tried support but could not get Jonus to understand the issue and was only referred back to the download manager. So it looks like I have been scammed by this company. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL EITHER. I will also talk to a lawyer to see what legal rights I have.
I am here to ask if any of you have ever had this problem with NI or if you might know how I can contact them by phone.
