Maschine+ says it's up-to-date but it isn't.

I have updated my desktop/DAW version of Machine to 3.4.2 via Native Access with no issue. At the same time lot of my Maschine Expansions had updates and I've updated them also. My Machine+ is stubbornly refusing to update though. I get a big tick and your MASCHINE+ is up-to-date message on the Settings→ System screen. It also says there are no updates to any expansions that are loaded onto my card. I know that my NI account side and my WiFi is working fine as it is updating and installing the Kontakt Factory Selection 2 as I'm typing this. I saw on the Reddit r/NativeInstruments community that another user had this issue about 3 months ago but he didn't share whether he had it resolved by NI. I can't find away to update it via Native Access when it is connected to my Mac via USB. It is frustrating. I thought I would post here before contacting support directly. Any ideas?

Just know that all these "updates" recently to Expansions - were nothing more than the inclusion of a *.nicnt file - specifically for Native Access benefit:

"It also says there are no updates to any expansions that are loaded onto my card"

Happy to be wrong - but I am guessing these "updates" have nothing in common with the specific Expansions format that are used in Maschine - hence no need to update those.

I am betting - you are in fact - up to date already.

Interesting but why did Native Access flag them as available to update but not my Machine+? I've just checked, they now have different version numbers, the desktop ones are now higher. EG Black Arc 2.0.2 on desktop, 2.0.1 on Maschine+ .Also, my main query is about getting my Machine+ to 3.4.2 from 3.4.0. Any thoughts on that?

Like I mentioned - these "updates" for desktop (via Native Access) - were microscopically minor. And without knowing anything about the actual "format" of a Expansion that loads directly into a Maschine product - I have no idea if an updated *.nicnt file is actually used on Maschine.

If that specific file is not required (ON your Maschine to use an expansion) - there is no update to offer. Makes sense to me.

Regarding v3.4.2 - I am not a Maschine user - so hopefully someone with more knowledge can address the reason behind not being able to move from v3.4.0 to v3.4.2. That should be easy enough.
