I recently purchased a second-hand Maschine MK3 from a liquidation store, but when I tried to register the device, Native Access reported that the serial number is already in use.
I reached out to support regarding this issue a few days ago (ticket #4817654). I received an initial response, but communication seems to have stopped since then. I’m hoping someone from the support team can review my case and assist me further.
I understand that purchasing the software separately would allow me to use the device, but I would prefer to have the existing hardware ID transferred to my account if possible.
