I'm running into an issue where native access tells me that I have no storage left on my computer despite it not being the case. Despite me having uninstalled twice the file volume the message remains the same
You might be running into the problem where the Mac has some disk space marked as "purgeable". Native Access doesn't deal with that very well. There's an article here that explains this more - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001284225-Native-Access-Error-Message-Installation-has-been-prevented-You-do-not-have-enough-free-drive-space-to-install-the-products
Or you are assuming that whatever you are downloading requires the actual space advertised. All NI downloads require 3x the space advertised.
If you are attempting a 20GB download - you will need 60GB free to install it.

So I checked and I have 134GB of free space and the plug-in is only 30GB
Can you provide a screencap showing available space, the Native Access item you are trying to download and the error messages etc?
124.55 Gb available space
And a screen cap of your Native Access Preferences? (Prefs→File Locations)
Would like to see where your Downloads are actually going.
