Is there a phone number I can call to reach support

Honestly, I’ve been emailing support for over three months. They only reply about once a week, and it’s taking far too long. After all this time, they still didn’t ship all the replacement parts I requested. If someone can provide a phone number for support, I’d appreciate it. I’m tired of going back and forth over email. I shouldn’t have to wait this long just to get parts.

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.     Since you are already in contact with support then there is nothing else that you can do with respect to NI Support.

The greater problem here probably is another , which is that as far as I have understood then in general then NI neither sell nor supply 'spare parts'.    There is nothing new in that and I have personally encouraged NI more times to appoint an official spare parts dealer if they do not want to sell parts themselves. (e.g. in middle part of what I wrote here)   But that has not happened and probably never will.  Also there is no repair schematics to be had either…

For some devices there are a few generic parts that are sold on-line by third-party dealers…
