my mashine mk3 does not start

Question

I launch the mashine software, so far everything is fine, but when I turn on the MK3 it remains frozen on the black screens displaying 'maschine' on the one on the left, and 'production and performance system' on the one on the right.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, made updates with native access, checked that the NIhelper processes were indeed launched in background... and of course restarted the computer several times between each operation, it still doesn’t work! I don’t understand!

can someone help me please?

Is this a Maschine that you've previously had working or is it a new purchase?  In either case, have you tried using a different USB cable and different USB ports on your PC? In particular make sure the USB cable is securely plugged into the Maschine as sometimes the plugs can be a bit tight.
