What's wrong with Native Access? Doesn't show product updates!

Hi,

Every timeI want to check if there are any updates available for my libraries, the only way to do it is by opening Native Access version 3.8.1

It has been like this for awhile, but I waited hoping a future update would solve this.

Is the developer team aware of this bug?

Dear OP:

When you get that message in the upper right corner (your second picture) saying "restart Native Access", that should work.

But for me, there was one time when it did not work.  In such a case, try rebooting.

If it still doesn't update, then you will probably need to uninstall 3.8 NA and install the latest from the Native Instruments website.  I had to do that one time, about a year ago.  Everything has been fine since then.
