why does my serial not valid
Did you buy it used?
Or what error do you get? You enter it into Native Access and it's a new device?

had the old native access and installed the new one.

If referring to hardware serial then are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (assuming that you are entering the hardware serial into N.A.)
Else , then as already asked by lord-carlos then what is the exact error ? screenshot of error ? (but please do not show serial on screenshot).
