bought used kontrol s4 and have a serial number. No software in NI library

I bought a used Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk2 and when I type the serial number in the NI access Library the software is no where to be found. The serial number says Pro 2… but to my understanding this is legacy so do I have to by Pro 4 or is there a trial link somewhere to make sure this hardware will even work through my Mac Os Ventura with that program

Traktor Pro 2 is not compatible with macOS 13. For that reason Native Access doesn‘t offer this for installation on your Mac. There used to be a demo version of Traktor Pro 4 but I cannot find a link anymore on NI website or Google.

Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk2 is still supported in Traktor Pro 4 and as it is class compliant no special drivers are needed on macOS. Therefore it should work just fine.

As you have a Traktor Pro 2 licence you are still eligible for update pricing.
