Hello. I downloaded native program but i can't finish the setup. it's freezing while upload. There's "it can take time" but i waited a lot.
So did you try the troubleshooter regarding the problem ? : Native Access Error: "Dependency installation process is taking longer than normal"

Please provide some additional information about your situation. Not a lot to go on here.

Hello sir. I was a little bit busy that's why i didn't write a lot. That's the problem: I just downloaded native access to my computer. But it never ends while installing it.
In this display the the wheel always turning. It didn't finish while 2 hours and i though that i have a problem on this. I'm adding my "dxdiag" informations to here.
