Can't find Factory Selection 2 in Native Access?

Hey guys, I'm new here, please help!

I downloaded Komplete Start here https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-start/.

After that, I installed Kontakt Player 8, however I can not find Factory Selection 2. And I have searched in "Discover Tab", still not find it.

How can I solve the problem?😀 Thanks!

Please be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Then after a reboot then in Native Access then on the left select Library , then at top select All and All , then check if you can find Kontakt Factory Selection 2

Else then check if you have the Kontakt Factory Selection 2 on your Account downloads page. If you have it then download it and install it manually.

Else then try if you can add Komplete Start again (be sure to click all the way through until added)

Then reboot computer and try again.
