Can't install Retro Machines Mk2 or Lo-fi Vibes

Hi folks, I just purchased Komplete Ultimate 15 and was able to install the entire library except for Retro Machines Mk2 and Lo-fi Vibes. Retro Machines looks like it's going to behave and then it says 'Installation failed.' It's crazy, but it shows as downloaded in my NI Libraries folder with all the other Komplete downloads—but Native Access doesn't recognize it for some reason. With Lo-fi, it shows as 'add product' on the Native Access Available page, but there no Lo-fi folder to select in the library folder and the Installer says the NI Library top level 'that path is invalid.' I'm running in circles—anyone else run across this issue?

Lo-fi Vibes is an NKS standard instrument from NI - you should not be seeing an "Add Product" reference to that one.

That option usually only appears for third party Kontakt instruments/libraries.

Lo-Fi Vibes is a Leap expansion, and should be installed with Kontakt. There was a glitch where it appeared in Native Access a while ago but that should have been fixed. What version of Native Access are you running ?

mykejb and Vocalpoint, Thanks for your responses! I'm running Native Access 3.22.0. Would either of you have any thoughts on why Retro Machines won't install properly?
