Native Access Downloading Extremely Slow and Stopping With 10s of MB Left

For some reason, a majority of my VST's from Komplete 14 Standard needed repair, so I started to download them again. Unfortunately, the downloads are taking an extraneous amount of time despite my fast internet.

On top of that, many of them stop at the end with mere MB left for at least multiple hours, to the point that I stop the download and move on to the next one. I kept my PC on for the entirety of the night and it got stuck on a VST not making progress. Anything above two GB seems to be able to have this problem.

I've tried having no queue, turning off the firewall, resetting to default file locations (other than content being on a hard drive, which doesn't improve speed connected directly or via USB hub), resetting the computer, redownloading Native Access, cleaning up my computer through Razer Cortex, all to no avail. Lenovo Vantage also says that my computer is completely healthy.

How do I speed the process up and regain the ability to download the VST's that stop with 10s of MB left?

The process used when downloading is the compressed file is first downloaded, then it's unpacked and creates the whole litany of files and folders necessary for the plugin. THAT is the part that takes the most time.
The time used in Windows is significantly affected if you have virus and threat protection enabled under Windows Security. Sometimes when it pauses at the end it's because it's dealing with the ton of sample files that need to be created which are all relatively small files but a HUGE number of indvidual files need to be created which can go very slowly especially if Antimalware is running and that's why it's best to disable it by disabling threat protection while doing the install. The best way to check the progress is to launch Task Manager where you can look at the Performance tab to make sure it's still working and not stalled.
