Traktor 4.4.1 crashes at start up. windows 11

Just to inform you that unfortunately I’ve run into the issue where Traktor closes automatically on startup. In order for it to work, I have to disconnect the Wi-Fi.

I’ve never used Beatport or streaming, I didn’t have it configured, and suddenly it stopped working.

When you disconnect the network, there’s no problem at all.

Crash reports must be send to NI Support, not to the forum. It's ok to post here too, but don't expect much. NI Support personnel is the one who inform the developers about technical issues.

It sounds like Traktor is hitting a "handshake" hurdle. This is a frustratingly common issue where the software tries to communicate with a server or network service during its launch sequence, encounters a delay or a conflict, and decides to call it quits rather than wait.

Since disconnecting the Wi-Fi fixes it, the culprit is almost certainly an external network request failing or being blocked.

Possible Troubleshooting Steps:

Step	Action	Why?
Update Native Access	Open Native Access and install any pending "Dependencies."	Ensures the licensing daemon is healthy.
Firewall Exceptions	Add `Traktor.exe` and `NTKDaemon` to your "Allow" list.	Prevents the OS from killing the process during a network check.
Disable "data tracking"	Go to Preferences > Global	This one is just a guess. It should stop the initial server ping.
Check Cloud Storage	Ensure your Traktor Root folder is not inside a syncing Dropbox/OneDrive folder!	Prevents file-sharing conflicts.

@Paquito What happens if you re-enable WiFi during the session? Does it crash?

FYI, under the hood Traktor since v. 4.4 is always trying to log into Beatport (Guest mode) on startup.
