Info please

Hi, and fruitful 2026!

I have some older projects which really need Guitar Rig 5 and earlier. I downloaded GR5 but can't install it because it requires a full, earlier version, in this case v.4.
The trouble is, I'm not sure if v.4 is the full version I originally bought.
Where can I find out what was my first version of GR and the following versions (Updates)?
In Native Access I only have v.6 and v.7

Advice would be appreciated…

I've given up on GR4 but did find my full version v.5.0.0 on one of my backup drives, went ahead and installed it but couldn't authorise it via the Service Centre, "no connection" or something to that effect.
Scratching my head for a while, decided to update v.5.0.0 to v.5.2.2 and that went fine, authorisation was automatic via Native Access and it shows there with my GR6 and 7.

G.R.4 should be here : GUITAR RIG 4

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

Else then you do not tell if you have an actual license for the "really needed Guitar Rig 5 and earlier" , but if you have , have you then checked if turning on show legacy versions in NA helps ?

If you have a license for a product then also check the following page for downloads : Account downloads

Else then generally you should be able to find 'updates' here but usually they are just updates not necessarily installers that work without previous product installed..

Important side note that even if you do locate an installer - GR4 can no longer be activated - at least not in Native Access…
