no sound to able to sampling Maschine MK3 or Maschine 3 Software

Hello,

I am new to the Maschine universe and I am experiencing an issue with sampling audio from a turntable.

My setup is as follows:

Turntable → Phono preamp → Maschine MK3

In the Sampling settings, the Source is set to Internal, the Input to Master, and the Detect Mode threshold is set below –40 dB.

Despite this configuration, I am unable to capture any sound for sampling.

Could you please advise what I may be doing incorrectly?

Hey @DNEVES Please check that the Maschine 3 software gets access to the microphone: macOS Dialog: “*App Name* would like to access the microphone."

I don't have access to the file. Can you tell us what's going on, if what I suggested had any effect?

You are trying to sample something from an External Source.

Having your Source turned to Internal does not make sense.

I' m not specialist but you have to change the Internan Source to Ext. Ster or Ext. Mono and choose the Input that your turntable is connected at.
