I suggest you use a search engine to research BEX64 (as shown in your image). You will find info on the meaning, potential causes and various possible solutions.
It's not specific to Native Access or Native Instruments.
@ansom Yes indeed, this BEX64 is a very common Windows error message. What you can already check:
Make sure that the latest version of the NTKDaemon is installed, you can find the installer here: Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
The BEX64 error is often a conflict with Windows libraries.
Windows Key + R
%appdata%
sfc /scannow
Close apps like Discord, MSI Afterburner, or RivaTuner before closing Native Access, as these often trigger BEX64 memory errors.

with this link I'm coming on a chat?
Have you a e-mail adres to get in touch with the support?
Yes, you need to get through the chatbot. There is no direct email. We had to remove the direct ticket one to deal with the backlog from Cyber Season and the bank holidays. It should be back soon. Until then, you can use this link to bypass the chatbot: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
👌thanks Jeremy
