At first, the problem was that it couldn't find the file location only. So i tried to delete all the kontakt 8 player related files as i can so that i can maybe do a clean reinstall since the repair files wont work. I've tried everything. Deleting kontakt 8 with NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit, Reinstalling Native access itself, Goes through every single possible Kontakt 8 Player location such as in the VST3, Common files, Native instruments in program files, Public documents, and i've deleted all of them. I rebooted my computer, then the Kontakt Player 8 still appears on my 'Updates' list instead of having to download it again. I've deleted it using NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit at like 6 times now and it keeps reappearing whenever i rebooted my pc. Then i went through the C: > Users > Public > Public Documents > Native Instruments and delete the "Native Access" file. Then i Go to the > installed_products to delete "Kontakt 8.json". Rebooted again, and when i open native access, the kontakt player 8 is still there, but the file location box is quite literally gone
I checked my Preferences and the file location are default. It have its own location. I then go to C: > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center and delete the Native access XML file. Hoping that it'll work, i rebooted yet again and no changes has been made ever since the file location are gone. Please help me on how can i fix this problem
