I have a two instrument ensemble, is there a way to not save the two instruments together.

I have an ensemble with 2 instruments. One is for bass and guitar and the other is reverb. I'd like to be able to prevent the reverb patches from changing when I select a new guitar patch. It seems that once a patches is resaved then it also calls up the reverb patch that was selected when saved. So far the only options I see are the instrument follow options. The option that keeps the patches for the selected instrument regardless of which instruments you click on. Can it be done?

Disable the 'Include in Snapshots' option in the Reverb instrument properties.

You can save instrument level snashots and ensemble level snapshots. Might be in one of the manuals unders snapshots.

Thanks guys that works. I'll have to read the snapshots section, looks like there's also a master and slave option for the two instruments. Not sure what that does.

It allows to decide which instrument is “controlling” the others and which are “following”.

As an example, think about having multiple OSC instruments. Which one will be “in control”?

Of course the Master will be in control, while the Slaves will be “obeying”

I guess you mean like midi or osc coming out of the master and into the slave.
