Dazed and confused about my Komplete Collectors download

Purchased Komplete 15 Collector's Edition and downloaded Native Access then chose Select All for the downloads. Instructions (via emailed link) mentioned needing to install the Kontakt and Reaktor 6 applications for some plug-ins/instruments to work. Are they referring to the free Kontakt Player and Reaktor 6 player downloads?

Not a good idea in my opinion , could take forever and N.A. is not very good at handling broken downloads… Much better to click download one or a few at a time…

I would almost say of course not , especially not for Collectors Edition. But you get the full version apps with NI Komplete 15 Standard and higher tier ! Reference : Komplete 15 Collectors Edition compare page

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Else then open N.A. and at left side select 'Library' , then at top select 'All' and then below that select 'Applications' . That should give you an overview of both what applications are already installed and which are available to install. If you only want to see what is available to install then select 'Available' rather than 'All'.

Remember to reboot your computer after installation…

Thanks, PoorFellow, the downloads are already complete but it took a couple of days. I do see Kontact 8 and Reaktor 6 listed among the Included Products on your link, and my downloads have included a Kontakt Factory Library and Reaktor Factory Library. But chatting with NI's own AI tool says the Libraries are not the applications and I still need them. So I'm confused where to navigate to download them if I've already paid for them. Haven't figured it out through Native Access or My Account > Products & Downloads.

If you had the free versions of Kontakt and Reaktor previously, they should turn to the full versions once you register the Komplete Ultimate Collector's edition.

Thanks again, PoorFellow, your instructions cleared things up. Through Native Assist 2 > All > Applications I found everything already has an option to Open (not just Kontakt 8 and Reaktor 6, but also Battery 4, FM8, Guitar Rig 7 Pro, Massive, and Massive X). This was all downloaded on to a new computer build with my first Windows 11 OS. They're all showing up in Apps on the computer, and they all open. I think what threw me was they're self extracting downloads, I didn't have to double click any executable file or give permission in a pop-up window for the apps to load, they loaded themselves.

Komplete 15 Collectors Edition is a rather comprehensive collection and there is a lot of new things to both dive into and to get acquainted with. I hope that you will be happy with your software 🙂
