Hello Native Instruments Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with Native Access on macOS where I am unable to log in. The application consistently displays the following error message immediately when attempting to sign in:
“Unable to log in. Please see our knowledge base for more information.”
I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference.
To troubleshoot, I have already completed the following steps on my Mac:
- Performed a clean uninstall of Native Access
- Manually removed all Native Instruments folders from:
- /Library/Application Support/Native Instruments
- ~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments
- ~/Library/Preferences/com.native-instruments.*
- Restarted the system
- Installed the latest version of Native Access from the official Native Instruments website
- Disabled VPN, firewall, and antivirus temporarily
- Tried logging in from a stable private network
- Changed DNS settings (tested both Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS)
- Launched Native Access with full permissions
Despite all of the above, the login issue persists.
This Native Instruments account and its products were previously used on another Mac that I no longer have access to. I understand this should not prevent logging in, but I wanted to mention it in case the account or activations need to be reset.
Could you please check if there is any account-level authentication issue, IP restriction, or activation lock preventing Native Access from logging in on my current system?
Thank you very much for your assistance. I would appreciate your help in resolving this so I can access my products again.
Kind regards,
Daniel Jarquin
