Beginner - I can't see the Traktor Pro software in my Native access ?

I downloaded the native Access software - I plugged my USB cable from the controller to the laptop - Lights flash for 7 seconds, then all lights turned off -

Opened my Native Access software on my Windows 10 laptop -

I installed the player and audio, but for the life of me, i dont see any software

to start playing - I mean, there is no Kontrol Pro 3 or 4 or any software for that matter - Am I missing something? Please help - Thanks in advance

Did you log into your NI account?

If you did, did you also register your S2MK3 serial key (bottom of controller)?
