I recently opened a support ticket with Native Instruments regarding a used Maschine Mikro MK3 I purchased second-hand.
The previous owner did not complete the license transfer, and I explained the situation to support and submitted photos of the hardware, serial sticker, transaction chat, and bank transfer record as proof of ownership.
However, I haven’t received a reply yet, and I’m starting to wonder whether my ticket was properly received.
I understand that support can take time, especially after weekends, but I wanted to ask:
- Is there a usual timeframe for replies in cases like this?
- Is there any way to check whether a ticket is correctly registered and in progress?
If anyone has had a similar experience or can share how long it took, I’d really appreciate it.
I’m very excited to use Maschine and just want to make sure I’m following the correct process.
