Native Access Can't install Library for brand new installation

Hi,

I am installing Komplete 15 Collectors Edition to a brand new formatted PC and ext. SSD (for Library). Couple of Applications (i.e Kontakt & Massive X….) installing was fine, all completed and running normally. But the problem is installing the Libraries, here was happening:

I started to install The Grandeur, the Piano library, to ext. SSD. At first seems normal, but till have 1/5 left, the progress suddenly showing Queue, hanging there for few hours. I did restart NTD process, but not help. Since then, every library install immediately showing Queue for long time (over night long). Only one Library immediately showing Pause status. Nothing move along ! I am doing one library at the time, not click bunch of them and leave process keep going.

Obviously it's not right. Please Help.

Sorry, one mistake in previous post, it's NTKDaemon service, not NTD…..

For me then library wise (Ref. : the problem is installing the Libraries) then what you wrote is sort of a general description with not much real information to go. Also the "I did restart NTKDaemon service") might not have been such a good idea and I have no idea why you would need that in the middle of everything unless that you had some sort of problem to start with that you are leaving out. Why would you need to "restart the NTKDaemon service" in the first place ?

Is this a "brand new PC" and a "brand new ext. SSD" that you 'formatted' or did you mean that you just formatted your old computer drives on your old computer ? (I am trying to grasp the dimension of the hardware/format description)

Are you using WiFi for downloading or have you been using a wired connection ?

This to me still is a generalized diffuse description telling little to nothing about what you have actually installed and how the install and download of individual products went , making it impossible to grasp where you are. I can't even tell for sure if you ever finished installing 'The Grandeur' or if you ever finished installing anything after that or what…

I don't know if I will be able to add something of value here but to have a chance to do so then I would need some facts to work with , including what is present status and screenshot of any errors , I am sure that that would also help anyone else that would like to attempt to assist !

This new install may not have the required Visual C++ redistributable libraries required for Native Access.
