Ozone 9 Elements not showing up in Native Access despite having it in my registered products

Title basically, on the NI website it says I have Ozone 9 Elements and I can download it in Native Access but when I actually go to Native Access it doesn't show in any list or search whatsoever, despite having legacy versions ticked on.
