Factory libraries and others missing from Kontakt, despite following all previous suggestions

The Factory Libraries, Factory Selection 2, Jazz Hop, Latin Trap, and others are all missing from K8 but they appear in K7. The preferences I setup have the libraries but they are not available to me in K8. See the attached images.

I bought K8 only so I could use CLaire, which does not work with K7, but I'm unable to layer with the sounds in the libraries above in K8 - so I'm stuck and I paid for K8 and Claire and cannot use either in my performances.

I reinstalled the libraries, reinstalled K8, rebuilt the database - followed all directions. The app is not working correctly on my Mac and I'm stuck.

The only way this will ever be solved is by consulting support.

These are user to user peer forums and no one here can know what is wrong with your install. Thousands are using K8 just fine in Mac Sequoia.

To me - considering all your posts today - this appears to be environmental to your machine and will need NI to determine the issue and the fix.

If you need a previous version of Claire Kontakt library then since it is not available on account downloads then please contact N.I. Support (all) .

Also with respect to your Kontakt 8 problems then they should solvable and as pointed out by VocalPoint then you should contact N.I. Support (all)
