Whenever I export audio, if i select range as all - source as sound.
Some of the audio, they drop off as i export them,
I have tried multiple times, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt
Yeah could happen still I guess, I mostly use 3rd party plugins. I am unsure of the issue, not even sure if the issue you have is the same as mine but I only really use Maschine to make simple loops and sound previews using a script and the Audio Export menu but have noted many times that I will get a sample that is either completely silent (tho when I play a pattern in Maschine it works fine) or it plays a small part at the start, then silence, then a part at the end.
I have tried exporting at different sample/bitrates and basically every other possible thing you can imagine. The issue is not in the settings or the audio interface selected since if I try the attempt again (sometimes 2 or 3 times one after another) it will eventually export as expected so seems more an issue on timing of some sort. In tests it seems it is always related to the initial start so it is an issue seemingly on the first pattern which for the sake of making simple loops is all I will have. If I make a sequence with a few patterns, the sound may not initially start but will kick in and then be fine from there out (as far as I know) it is just always just that initial start so a fix there could be leaving a 4 bar blank pattern as a start. So a fix that seems to mostly resolve this issue for me is having the note offset just a couple of ticks from the 0:0:0 mark which is reminiscent of my days using an old DAW called Buzz Tracker where you kind of had to start each track with a blank 4 bar pattern with "note stops" to make sure every instrument was reset as notes could hang from the last transport session. However workarounds for so many things were needed since that was a freeware application modified by users over years so it was expected.
Do you get the same result with other sample rates and bit depths?
Where does the audio drop or cut? Beginning? End? Both? Random?
How much is cut?
@PK The DJ
usually at the beginning of the audio, it cuts off and then loops back again
I think you need to check the loop optimize box
What is your source content? Are you using loops or plugin instruments? I have had this issue often with certain plugins, when you export audio it will often have either just a glitch or the start of the sound then silence then sometimes the end of the sound, only with certain plugins, UVI is one of the offenders but happens with others too. A fix sometimes is to move the notes on the start bar just a few ticks so not right on the start mark which is not audibly noticed but for some reason seems to fix the issue sometimes. I have also had to sometimes render out the same thing 3-8 times over to get things to work correctly. I will say this is in Maschine v2 not v3 and I don't use Maschine all that much and this is usually only exporting a small loop, usually for previews but I have no issues doing the exact same thing in Ableton Live with the same plugins set to the same overall sample rate (48k)
@JesterMgee yes its always with plug ins, but the funny thing is….i only use native instrument plug ins :D :D
@JesterMgee has anyone raised a ticket with NI, it seems this is a software related issue, happens with me as well! I just do it multiple times until it works
Not sure. I never bothered because I just dont use Maschine enough and i've grown tired of wasting time raising issues in Centercode to have them ignored for years so I leave that up to others to do these days.
