Is there an established schedule for support availability hours? I’ve looked through NI’s sites and have yet to find anything. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong places.

There is no phone support and no support initiated by writing an email address. All support is initiated by using the web interface : N.I. Support (all) , so 'established schedule' and 'availability hours' is really not a thing to worry about other than that NI Support do not work on e.g. holidays. NI at least originally was/is a German company and as such then working hours is/would be normal working hours of Europe (Berlin time) which I believe is followed by e.g. the NI forum Customer Care that it is here normal European workdays/Work hours. However then NI by now is a global company with staff in other countries and my 'guess' based on common sense is that NI staff works either when it is normal working hours or works the hours that suits them best - depending on position and/or contract.,..
