DDM4000 MIDI CONNECTION

Dear NI community,

I am quite new in the world of midi mappind and Behringer product.

I have recently bought a DDM4000 as spare mixer,till now I used it few time in " standalone " mode connected to cdj.But I would love to explore MIDI capabilities.

My setup is DDM4000/midi-usb cable/ TRaktor pro 3.

I should have connected the midi interface correctly IN line goes into the OUT in the mixer and viceversa ,and then i launch the SETUP wizard on Traktor.

I move to controller manager and load default DDM400.TSI as below

Then I move to midi option on DDM4000 and select all channel in MIDI SET+AUDIo setting and I dump data to channel 1.

And now comes the problems:

1. input light on midi usb interface light up when i move DDM400 fader/knob but nothing moves on traktor.
2. I receive eroor "please check you output…"
3. What should i select here?

Hello,

in your first picture i don´t see the DDM4000 mapping, you have to select it (maybe delete the generic one before, you don´t need it) then set midi in and out to your midi to usb device. On your second picture on the left side you can clearly see "Output Routing" there you have to set all outputs and some times inputs according to your setup. In your case i guess just one stereo pair for master output another for the headphones, of course all with internal mixing mode set instead of external mixing.
