DDJ-FLX2 and DDJ-FLX4 Traktor Play Download DOES NOT WORK

Apparently accordingto this morning's email below …but NOT. I have everything updated, latest Mac OS, latest DDJ firmware, newest Native Access, but NO pop-up to activate Traktor Play. Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE to generate and submit a support ticket for manual activation with my DDJ-FLX4 S/N via the Support Chatbot, completely useless!!! DDJ-FLX2 and DDJ-FLX4  now support Traktor Play

To use Traktor Play free of charge with the DDJ-FLX2 or DDJ-FLX4, visit the Native Instruments webpage and follow the on-screen instructions to activate the software using Native Instruments’ product management app, Native Access.

Hey everyone:

If you own Traktor Pro 4, the license for Traktor Play will not be triggered as the TP4 license takes over (as it has more features). You can use TP4 with these controllers.

There was an issue where it wouldn't be triggered if you owned an older version of Traktor (2, Scratch Duo, TP3). Issue is now fixed, please relaunch Native Access, you should get your Traktor Play.
