Hey folks. I received an email saying I could download Traktor Play FoC. But when I plug my FLX2 into my PC, the popup from Native access doesn't, well, pop up. * AlphaTheta DJ FLX2 * It is recognised by the computer * It is running on Rekordbox and djay Pro flawlessly * It is registered on Pioneer/Alpha Theta * Native Access last version 3.22.00 * What happens is that NAcess doesn't open any popup window recognising the FLX2 Any ideas on what is happening?

How to access copy of Traktor Play for the FLX2

Hey folks.

I received an email saying I could download Traktor Play FoC.

But when I plug my FLX2 into my PC, the popup from Native access doesn't, well, pop up.

AlphaTheta DJ FLX2
It is recognised by the computer
It is running on Rekordbox and djay Pro flawlessly
It is registered on Pioneer/Alpha Theta
Native Access last version 3.22.00
What happens is that NAcess doesn't open any popup window recognising the FLX2

Any ideas on what is happening?

Hey everyone:

If you own Traktor Pro 4, the license for Traktor Play will not be triggered as the TP4 license takes over (as it has more features). You can use TP4 with these controllers.

There was an issue where it wouldn't be triggered if you owned an older version of Traktor (2, Scratch Duo, TP3). Issue is now fixed, please relaunch Native Access, you should get your Traktor Play.
