No Traktor Play with DDJ FLX-4

Wanted to find out if this is broken on Native Access. According to this page, as soon as I plug in my DDJ FLX-4, I should see a prompt to install Traktor Play from Native Access. This is not working and nothing is getting prompted.

Hey everyone:

If you own Traktor Pro 4, the license for Traktor Play will not be triggered as the TP4 license takes over (as it has more features). You can use TP4 with these controllers.

There was an issue where it wouldn't be triggered if you owned an older version of Traktor (2, Scratch Duo, TP3). Issue is now fixed, please relaunch Native Access, you should get your Traktor Play.

In regards to the NA version, I installed the latest version. So everything is uptodate. It just feels like its not recognizing the controller being connected. Or this was never rolled out into Native Access to begin with. Who knows. I haven't gotten any official replies yet. I even posted a reply on their facebook announcement.

After playing around with it, it is just too buggy and not very compatible with the FLX-4. Glad I didn't spend $49 on it!! Back to Rekordbox. 👍️

It would be helpful if you gave details. What bugs did you find? In what way is it not compatible?
