I need assistance in connecting my equipment. I would like to use my laptop or MK3 to load up sounds, samples, or kits, but have them controlled by my Kontrol S49 to be able to Play or record. Mac has USB-C splitter. I have 2 sets of Midi cables. Thanks in advance.****************
So the community reached out and assisted me with the first issue, by suggesting I remove the 2 MIDI cables, then, go on the Machine software and make sure both the MK3 and S49 were highlighted, I did that, however when I choose a sound or kit from the software (mac) or the MK3 (DAW), the S49 (keyboard) will have all of the settings light up such as the tab pages and sound adjustments, but no audio is played through the speakers. I get audio from the MK3 pads and even on the Mac computer keyboard. It appears that when I hit a "key" on the MK3 or Mac the lights will light up and sound comes out but when I try on the S49 after I select it, the buttons light up as if being played but no audio.
