Is there a setting to do the vinyl break / tape stop effect on Traktor like in Serato DJ?

Yeah, but it's somewhat complicated and you have to map it yourself.

Search for it and you should find examples on how people did it.

Traktor has not changed in the last 8 years, so they should be fine.

The really hard part is keeping the track playi g to hear tge effect AND THEN stop the track
