Native Access crashes when I open it.

Hello, I am a new member of the Native Community, and I got myself the Komplete Start package. But I don't know if it's because of my processor, but I am unable to run Native Access. It ran perfectly fine once and I was able to install my products, but ever since then whenever I try to run it to activate them, NA just crashes. Can I activate my products by some other method or will I have to wait till I can get a better computer?

I have an Intel Pentium G2010 processor.

hey!

for the minimum system requirements for native access, it mentions an i5 or "equivalent". Looking at your specific processor, it's not equivalent to i5. in fact, it's quite a bit lower in performance than the i5. this is most likely why you're experiencing this issue, unfortunately.

A bit of an obvious one but have you tried to uninstall and reinstall NA?

And if the problems still continue: what are the rest of your PC specs? Do you use Windows and if so what version?

Yes I did reinstall it several times. Nothing worked! Is it supposed to be so because of my system?

Yes, it has to do with your system. Check the article, there's a few tips on what to do to get this sorted.
