I cant download and Install Traktor Pro 4 via Native Access 2

Hi guys,

Ive recently purchased traktor pro 4 but for some reason when trying to download the product from my online account and load via native access my product is not showing in my native access account. For some strange reason also, when i tried to install the new product it now seems to have removed my previous version of traktor i.e. traktor pro 3.

Ive tried loading new versions of native access i.e. NA2 and have followed the limited instructions from the native team, but nothing has worked.

Has anyone experienced this issue or do you have an ideas what else i could try to resolve?

Hello,

have you given full disk access and lokal network access (if i remeber correctly can´t find the tutorial anymore for that) and online you see the products and you doubble checked the login data?

Not going to get Traktor 4 running on Monterey.

You need to move up the Mac OS 13 to be in the mix.

That was my first thought but according to the current compatibility lists macOS 12 supports Traktor 4.

Yes, if you go to the Traktor 4 product page and click Specifications it still shows MacOS 12 but it wouldn't surprise me if that info is out of date. NI can be sloppy like that.

For example the Traktor 4 FAQ page still has lots of stuff referring to the Plus subscription, which hasn't been a thing for ages.

Even if current version 4.4.1 would require a newer macOS than macOS 12 Monterey Native Access should still offer the latest compatible version.

But not only on product page even on Downloads NI lists macOS 12.0.0 as minimal version for all versions of Traktor Pro 4 - including 4.4.1.

Native Access does not favor "old". Only current.

If you want an older version - that is why we now have the download manager available.

And I agree with @PK The DJ - guessing if you clicked Release Notes on a machine where v4.4.1 is installed - almost a guarantee it will now say OS13 is the minimum.

Also noticed that even MacOS13 is now falling away - as Absynth 6 no longers lists that OS either:

Im running Traktor 4.4 on macOS 12 Monterey, and traktor 3.8; and traktor3.11; all still work on my macbook pro 2015.

Fair enough.

Still think the OP has something else going on here - like possibly the fact that his "recent" purchase - is not tied directly to the NI account he is using to launch Native Access.

Only way to be sure is for the OP to login into his actual NI account and ensure that Traktor 4 is listed there. If it is not - his credentials are different or possible altogether wrong.

Thanks for all your feedback guys, its really much appreciated. Looks like i'll just ask for a refund and use my previous version of traktor. I have managed to download the product as a direct download, however when trying to load for the first time it gave me the otpion to run demo, buy or open native access. When i open native access i just get the same issue as before i.e. not showing traktor pro 4 in native access. The strange thing that i've also noticed is that native access has now removed my previous version of traktor i.e. traktor pro 3, so cant see any traktor products!!

Without any screen caps of your version of Native Access or the messages you are getting when installing the download - best suggestion is to open a case with NI Support so they can figure this out.

AND - did you turn on the "Show Legacy Versions" slider to see if Traktor 3 reappears?
