I’m encountering an issue with the transfer of a used Kontrol S61 MK2 keyboard I recently purchased. The previous owner correctly initiated the license transfer on his side, and I followed all the required steps on mine. However, the transfer is still blocked on the “waiting for approval” stage.
I opened a support ticket exactly one week ago to have the serial number manually released, but I haven’t received any reply so far — not even a confirmation that my case is being processed.
The situation is a bit specific: I need access to Komplete 13 Select because my upgrades depend on it. However, the registration of the keyboard automatically provided Komplete 14 Select, which prevents my Komplete 13-based upgrades from installing. From what I understand, this can only be resolved manually by Support, which is why I'm waiting for the transfer to be approved.
I’m not trying to create another ticket, but I wanted to ask here if this kind of delay is normal, or if there is anything else I can do to ensure my request has reached the correct department.
