Getting help is very difficult.
I am trying to change my email for my native instruments account since I do not wish to use the old email I made as a kid anymore.
I don't want it to just sit there in my email app forever.
But no results in the support thingy helped, and every link I otherwise found sends me to the same support page with no results for my issue and clicking the support ticket just sends me back to the top of the page.
I'm sorry if this is not the place but I am used to having some sort of support email or ticket option to contact but there is nothing.
I need to somehow get in contact with someone from NI and provide them the needed info to confirm I am me so they can change my email to the email I wanna use.
The email I wanna use has already been linked to another account because I fumbled in trying to see if I could somehow merge them back in the day.
Was never the best at tech, please forgive me.
I just want to have my email changed to the one I wanna use, and keep all my products, and have the other account that uses that email deleted so I can use that email with my current account instead.
Is there anything I can do?
It is super difficult to navigate this whole thing because in account settings the email option is greyed out.
In the end I found some reddit post telling me to go here.
I do not use reddit so I cannot tell if what they said in that post was accurate.
But I am here now and very confused.
