i move to a new computer. After installing Native Access , i can´t find my Maschine 2 license. Just the factory selection.

There is a legacy button you have to switch!

Is there anything else that needs to be done? I have added the Seriel several times and Maschine is still not showing up. I have the MK2 version.
The software might not show if not compatible with your OS . Also be sure to be logged into the correct account using latest version of Native Access for your OS

What is your exact OS version and what exact software and version of software do you expect to appear in Native Access ?
Native Access Version is 3.22.0 OS is Windows 11 Home 25H2 build 26200.7462.

Thank you for the information. However then there is your problem , "Maschine Mk2 HW" is a reference to your physical Maschine HardWare device and is not a piece of software . It is possible that your Maschine Mk2 came with some Maschine software but if it did then it is not listed above as registered to your account.
Ouch!! So how do I find the Maschine controller for the device then? I haven't used this device in several years and it could be attached to an older e-mail that I used to use. Who do I contact to get the device and the software in the same account? The problem is, it also came with Komplete software and everything else seems to show up in the account. I don't see why the Maschine controller doesn't also show up.

It seems like I tried to move my device from one account to another and it moved the serial number but not the software for it. So the Maschine sits next to my computer as basically a brick for the last few weeks. I can't get it to work with my old Yahoo account. I was able to get in and log into Native Access with it. I don't see the Maschine software in that account either.

I really don't even see any of this stuff in the old account, is that because I moved the Serial number to the other account? So I really can't use the device with either one?
Is there any way to fix this issue?
It looks slightly different than the other account in Native Access:
Komplete and/or Maschine is completely missing.
I am not exactly sure if any of what you have listed above in fact have the Maschine software that you need or if you earlier installed it via physical media and serial number. Also I couldn't say in advance if whatever software is compatible with your present OS though you using Windows 11 speaks in favor of it.
Anyway , my advice is that you decide which account that you want to use (would most likely be the Gmail)(?) and then have N.I. Support (all) help you merge all the account content to one account.
Also please make sure that you tell them that you need to find / get your Maschine software also so that you can get to use your device and if they can help you dig up that software from wherever that it is…

Thank you so much for your help. The "AI" bot directed me to support and offered an option of transferring licenses. I wasn't able to entered the desired e-mail address for which to transfer the licenses, but it seems I transferred the device itself years ago and not the licenses to actually use the device. This seems like a problem.
I have however initiated the process. Hopefully this won't have to be more tedious than it already has been.

Please never post pictures of serials or other personal information (I did an edit of your screenshot).
Also then please notice that the software for the Maschine that came free with the device would be non-transferable so if you have the Maschine software on another account and/or an account that you have no longer access to then ask N.I. Support (all) to merge the other account(s) into your present/preferred account….
If you make a ticket to get accounts merged then be sure to mention your request for transfer also as not to confuse things. If you transfer request is in the form of a ticket then rather than opening a new ticket then add to that ticket !
