Is MPE coming to Maschine?

I saw this quote on the Absynth 6 product page:

“Paired with Kontrol keyboards, Maschine, or any MPE-ready controller, it turns your playing into vivid soundscapes that unfold with every touch.”

Slightly miss leading statement or indication of something around the corner?

it has been frustrating that I can’t use aftertouch on Massive X in Maschine but if they finally bring Aftertouch and MPE to the app that would be perfect for me!

The statement doesn't imply at all that KKS or Maschine have (or will soon have) MPE tho, it just says AB6 works great with those 2 and with MPE enabled devices.

But now that we have better modulation Lanes its a stronger possibility… then again, the new hi-res lanes only work with parameters and not with regular old MIDI lanes so…. Who knows.

The timing sure looks great to add at least after touch.

I wish Maschine could just let mpe information pass through it.

If I want to use mpe from the erae2, I can’t connect it to the Maschine+ (which is the center of my setup)

Same, but I’d be excited even for allowing channel Aftertouch to pass through. Every piece of modern hardware and software synths I own, including NI synths, respond to aftertouch…just so long as I don’t run them through Maschine:(

Having aftertouch on the Maschine pads would be nice, but I’d be joyous if I could just use my Linnstrument to trigger Massives channel aftertouch in Maschine. MPE control of Absynth 6 through Maschine would be epic!

Passing through is fine for me too - just let us have what Komplete Kontrol does which while it doesn't actively support MPE it also doesn't get in the way and supports aftertouch pressure which is so important for many keyboard players. At the moment you can't actually play synths like Absynth 6 or Massive X properly in Maschine as it blocks some of the best features of many patches - the aftertouch expression
