Can't find upgrade information

I was going to upgrade my Ozone 11 and Neutron 4 to the latest versions via my bundle and assumed it was a no-brainer to go to the Izotope web site to do this. Their popup system to show new values is not working with Safari even if I disabled the popups for izotope (big no no already…) and then with the Zen browser I could not really find my upgrade pricing, or the values showed and when clicking to the shopping cart nothing was inserted.

Could someone from Izotope explain what is really happening, I sent two tickets to customer support but suspect this will take ages if not never responding…. And their chat LLM robot went into a hallucination loop asking over and over for irrelevant info. Oh boy, all I want is to give them money for an upgrade. This is 2025, it can't be so hard.

The usual way to get your upgrades are to login to your IzoTope account and check your loyalty offers.

Not aware of any way to score an upgrade there just by cruising the website.

If you had an email confirmation on first ticket then please do not open any more tickets as that will only cause delays.

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome,Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

You do not tell which bundle that is but depending on the product and where you bought it then it would maybe require NI Support help since (I was told a while back that) some of the upgrade/Cross-grade options has not been implemented into the NI store and is not expected to be so before in 2026.

Please give NI Support time to get back to you (there might be delays because of the sale)

OK I will wait, just surprised of the complexity and lack of finesse showing upgrade pricing for us Izotope oldtimers (I have used Ozone since Ozone 3). Safari is the default browser on iOS and many of us on MacOSX use that so Izotope should really test this browser out when updating their web site, I tried disabling popup blocking but that didn't work. I got something out from Zen (the browser) but when trying to access the pricing via the shopping cart I could not get it.

And also the Ozone Standard / Neuron bundle does not have an upgrade option (i.e. the Mix and Bundle Standard). I could neither find an upgrade for the Production Suite, only the Master Bundle advanced, and I'm not that keen to upgrade or replace the same Kontakt packages I already have from the Master bundle, like one Guitar Rig is all I need…

All together, this is confusing. Which is weird as I would think upgrading is important for a company like Izotope.

Alas then that does not warrant against browser problems , please check my previously suggested browser use for workaround….

At the moment then not all available upgrades are shown in the shop. Please ask NI Support to help you when they respond.

Well, upgrading works just fine at NI original store and other SW audio stores with Safari, so it's really up to Izotope to fix this, not me. If someone forces customers to use specific browsers with specific odd setups, something is not really customer-friendly.

I will wait for response from Izotope/NI about the upgrading, they should fix it, it's a no-brainer for most online stores, should not be a big thing, unless someone screwed up big time.
